Admissions: California Culinary Academy admits a wide range of students from around the world. The admissions process begins with a visit to the Academy or by applying on-line. California Culinary Academy requires each candidate to furnish proof of high school graduation or a General Educational Development certificate (GED), or its equivalence. To be considered for acceptance at the Academy, you must:

  • Complete the Academy Application Form and submit an administrative fee of $65.
  • Schedule a personal information session and tour of the Academy.

Financial Aid: The Academy offers tuition planning assistance to all students, and federal and state financial aid to those who qualify. As a part of the enrollment process, each student will need to meet with a Tuition Planner. If a student feels he/she will need financial assistance, a call to, or an appointment with, the Tuition Planning Department should be made immediately following application for admission to the Academy.
